Dr. Marco Russano received his MD degree and specialization in Medical Oncology with honors at University Campus Bio-Medico of Rome. His scientific activity and clinical practice has focused on thoracic malignancies, immunotherapy, biomarkers and targeted therapies. He has published several articles in international peer-reviewed journals and he is Sub-investigator of a series of phase II-III clinical trials mainly concerning lung cancer. He is currently carrying out the PhD project “exosomal miRNA as biomarkers in Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer receiving Immune checkpoints Inhibitors”.
